Named "Bouillon Julien", the restaurant is one of the most beautiful in Paris. Classified as a historical monument for its Art Nouveau style, the building is a must during the Belle Epoque period.
In this place built by the greatest artists of the 20th century, enjoy your meal on velvet benches, admire the period mouldings and the "Flower Women" painted on glass paste by Louis Trézel or order your dish at the bar, a magnificent piece of furniture in Cuban mahogany signed Louis Majorelle.
In 2018, the place was renovated by a British designer who, in the course of his research, made an astonishing discovery: the walls that everyone thought and saw were beige until then were originally "celadon" green! Restored, the Bouillon Julien is now completely repainted in this emblematic colour of the Art Nouveau movement.
