Vous aimez le sport ? Vous aimez l’histoire et le patrimoine ? Run and visit vous propose de découvrir Rouen tout en faisant votre jogging. Quoi de plus agréable que de sillonner les rues pavées au petit matin, quand les touristes et riverains ne sont pas encore de sortie ?
En mélangeant plaisir et activité sportive, ce parcours d’environ 1h30 permet de découvrir les diverses excursions touristiques du centre-ville historique de Rouen. Tout en courant sur 6 à 12 kilomètres, vous vous arrêtez à des points clés afin de contempler les lieux et vous pouvez vous laisser porter par leur histoire à travers les anecdotes ou les détails architecturaux de la ville aux cent clochers.

In total, 15 very different tours are proposed. Each time, these themes highlight a particular aspect of Rouen's cultural heritage. There are even special editions for Christmas or for the Armada!

The concept is imagined by Laurence Catel, a sportswoman from Rouen who is passionate about history and heritage. She decided to combine her two passions by creating the run and visit. With a degree in Classics/Archaeology and as a certified sports educator, she will perfectly know how to make your legs work while enriching your culture!
Little extra: for those who haven't worked on their cardio for a long time and who are afraid of running, there are also fast walking routes. So get your sneakers on!
