French Biscuit, for a gourmet and personalized attention

Customizable, gourmet and 100% Made in France cookies: that's what The French Biscuit offers, a company created in 2017 by 2 women previously a lawyer and a marketing manager who, drawing on their childhood memories, decided to start producing small cakes to offer for different occasions.

An original idea

Weddings, birthdays, birthdays, retirement parties, promotions, Mother's Day or Father's Day...: with The French Biscuit you can personalize with a custom message tasty cakes to offer to your friends and family. Funny or poetic sentence written on sweet or savory shortbread, it is a delicate attention that adapts to any type of event or recipient.

Produced in Chaville (Ile de France) in an artisanal and ecological way, the cookies have already obtained 3 times the Epicures prize, quality label attributed to the distributors of gourmet products, and are declined in several flavors. For the sweet tooth, you have the choice between classic, lemon, chocolate or yuzu. If you prefer to taste them during an aperitif, the savory flavors with Vieux Rodez (French parmesan), mustards or zaatar, a combination of aromatic herbs used in the Middle East, will delight your friends.

An artisanal and ecological production

Isigny Sainte-Mère Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) butter, Label Rouge flours produced locally by two historical milling lines, Barry cocoa chosen for its refined taste and spices selected from the best partners: all the conditions are met to give a unique and gourmet flavor to these cookies guaranteed without additives, coloring or preservatives and, moreover, entirely produced by hand.

From the preparation of the dough to the stamping and the packaging, The French Biscuit manages all the production steps while also taking care of the planet:

  • The boxes are recyclable and made, for the 1st time in France, from cardboard cups.
  • The containers used to protect the products during shipping are also made of 100% biodegradable corn starch particles.
  • The bags are made of recycled plastic.

The virtuous approach implemented by The French Biscuit has enabled it to join the Collège Culinaire de France, an organization whose mission is to represent and promote the culinary heritage of the craft industry and which brings together quality restaurants and craftsmen.

A beautiful example of French success that you can support by placing a 1st order here.
