Discover the museum dedicated to Christian Dior

The villa "Les Rhumbs", the childhood house of the future ambassador of French haute-couture Christian Dior, became in 1997 a museum totally dedicated to the great designer. Atypical architecture, flower gardens and unique exhibitions: the Christian Dior Museum promises worlds and wonders for lovers of French chic!

Its name "les rhumbs" is an echo of the compass rose used in the navy, which makes sense in this marine environment located on the English Channel coast.

But that's not all! The whole house is designed around this theme: from the colour of the walls to the composition of the gardens where, of course, there is a rose garden!

The compass rose symbol can also be found in mosaics inside the house.

The house of my childhood... My life, my style, almost everything its is due to its location and architecture.»

The exhibition "Grace of Monaco, Princess in Dior"

In 2019, 90 outfits from the wardrobe of the Princess of Monaco were exhibited for the first time at the Christian Dior Museum.

Through her status as a princess and her acting career, Grace of Monaco has worn extraordinary creations that perfectly combined her duty of sobriety and her extravagance from her Hollywood past.

From ballroom dresses to dresses adapted to her life as a mother: the collection presents Grace as a princess, yes, but a modern princess!
